Kellogg’s conducted a survey this year and found that while most Americans believe breakfast is important, busy mornings make it difficult to find time to eat. Even more interesting, the survey revealed that while more than half of adults would like to eat breakfast each day, only one-third are able to do so.

We all know the benefits of eating a healthy breakfast, so we’ll spare you that list.
